Who to Contact

HappyPancreas is responsible for the information collected through these website forms. For a privacy question, withdrawal of consent or deletion request, email [email protected] from the address you used. Please do not include medical records in your message.

What We Collect and Why

If you join the Application waitlist, we collect your email address, the time of your request and a record of your consent. We use this information for HappyPancreas Application availability updates.

If you request a consultation, we collect your email address, the time of your request and separate consent to contact you about that request. A consultation request does not add you to the Application waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a consultation request.

An interest in a health-related service can itself reveal something sensitive about a person. We treat these requests as private contact records. We do not use them to infer a diagnosis or make a health profile.

The Calculator

The cost calculator calculates results in your browser. Its cost amounts, currency choices and scenarios are not sent to us or saved by this website. Reloading the page clears these entries.

We do not use the calculator to score your health, decide whether you qualify for a service, or target advertising.

Website Hosting and Request Information

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form records for us. Loading the website sends normal technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the hosting service. This supports delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Our form protection uses a short-lived keyed hash derived from an IP address to help limit repeated requests. The form record does not contain your raw IP address. We do not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

Who Receives Information

HappyPancreas and the service providers needed to host the website, store requests and reply by email may process the information for those purposes. Our hosting provider is Cloudflare. Email correspondence is handled through the email service used for our contact address.

We do not sell these records, share them for targeted advertising, or publish a person's request, story or testimony. We may disclose information if required by law or when necessary to protect people, our service or legal rights.

If you follow an external link, that other service has its own privacy practices. This policy does not cover a future Application account, payment service or a separately agreed coaching service. Relevant terms will be provided for those services.

How Long We Keep It

Waitlist form records expire automatically 365 days after the initial request. Consultation form records expire automatically after 90 days. Repeating the same request does not restart that period. You can ask for earlier deletion.

Email correspondence is separate from the website form record. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle your request, manage an agreed service or meet legal requirements. Ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your Choices and Rights

You can withdraw consent, ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent stops future use for that purpose; it does not change processing that already occurred.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, appeal a decision about a request, or complain to a privacy authority. We will handle requests under the law that applies to you. We may need reasonable information to confirm that a request relates to your own record.

Location and Security

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We use encrypted connections and restrict access to form records. No online service can promise absolute security. Please keep sensitive health details out of the website forms and ordinary email.

Children and Policy Changes

These forms are intended for adults. If a child's information was submitted, contact us to request removal.

We may update this policy when the website or its data handling changes. The effective date appears at the top of this page. A new use that needs consent will not rely on an unrelated earlier consent.
